Phi Delta Theta is the newest-built chapter house on campus and we recently completed renovations to the kitchen, formal room, basement, laundry room, and bedrooms.

Total cost per semester= $775 X 4 = $3100
Total cost per year = $6200 or $6000 if paid in full
*One time pledge fee/initiation fee of $300 goes to Phi Delta Theta Fraternity General Headquarters (Other Fraternities at K-State have an average pledge/initiation fee of $475)
